If you’ve lost your login details, but know the email address you created your account with please follow these steps:

• Open the app
• Tap the blue menu bar
• Tap on Settings
• Tap on Register an account / Log in (this presumes you are logged out of your account on the app)
• Click on Reset password.
• A webpage will open, enter the email address you used to register your account.

If you don’t recieve an email promptly it may be that you haven’t previously created an account with this email address, so please follow steps for creating an account.
