You can share your meditation data with  Google Fit (Android users) and Apple Health (iOS users).

To check if your device is sharing your data or to turn on or off sharing with Apple Health or Google Fit follow these steps:

• Open blue menu bar at the bottom of the screen
• Tap on Settings
• Scroll down until you see either Connect Apple Health or Google Fit
• If the button is toggled on (showing blue) you are already sharing your data.
• You can use the toggle button to either share or not share with these services. You can also manage your preferences with the Apple Health or Google Fit app. 

You can only share data with your device platform, so iPhone/iPad users can only share to Apple Health and Android devices users can only share to Google Fit.
