I registered an account, but it is not recognised when I log in. What do I do?

If your account details aren’t being recognised when you try to logon, please check you are using the same email address. If you kept the registration confirmation email when registering you could check there.

If you are using the same email that you have used to  register an account within the app since the beginning of 2018, then follow the steps below to recover your password.

  • Open the blue bar menu
  • Tap on Settings
  • Tap Register an account / Log in.
  • Tap on Reset password. A webpage will open, enter the email address you used to register your account.

If you don’t recieve an email promptly it may be that you haven’t previously created an account with this email address, so please follow steps for creating an account.

If you get a message when trying to create an account with your email that an account already exists please get in touch through Message Center in the app.

If you haven’t registered an account during 2018, it maybe that you are on the mailing list but do not have a buddhify account – so please follow the steps to creating an account here.
